Two whimsical and fun treats inspired by Dr. Seuss’ “Green Eggs and Ham”—a creamy green pudding with a cookie “yolk” and soft baked donuts topped with green frosting. Perfect for a themed party, kids’ snack, or St. Patrick’s Day celebration!

  • 34 drops green food coloring
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 6 vanilla wafer cookies (for yolk)
  • Rainbow sprinkles (for garnish)
  1. Prepare the Pudding:

    • In a mixing bowl, whisk together instant pudding mix and cold milk until smooth.
  2. Add Color:

    • Stir in green food coloring and vanilla extract (if using) until evenly colored.
  3. Chill:

    • Refrigerate for 10 minutes until set.
  4. Assemble & Serve:
