2️⃣ Add sugar and milk, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens.
3️⃣ Mix in ground pistachios, rose water, and orange blossom water. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
4️⃣ In a small bowl, combine thick cream with powdered sugar for the filling.
5️⃣ Take a small portion of the mafroukeh dough, flatten it in your palm, and place a small amount of cream in the center.
6️⃣ Carefully shape into a truffle ball and roll in crushed pistachios.
7️⃣ Garnish with dried rose petals and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
