Description

These no-bake Peanut Butter Cup Christmas Candies are the perfect festive treat to make with kids! A creamy peanut butter filling is tucked into rich chocolate shells, then topped with colorful holiday sprinkles. Ideal for gifting, cookie trays, or a fun family kitchen project during the holidays.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil or shortening

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Holiday sprinkles or decorations


Instructions

  1. Line a mini muffin pan with paper liners.

  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

  3. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of melted chocolate into each liner and tap gently to spread. Freeze for 5 minutes.

  4. In a separate bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, butter, and vanilla until smooth.

  5. Scoop about 1 teaspoon of the filling, form into a disc, and place on top of the set chocolate.

  6. Spoon another layer of melted chocolate over each candy to cover the filling and smooth the tops.

  7. Immediately decorate with holiday sprinkles or festive toppings.

  8. Chill in the fridge for 15–20 minutes until set. Store in the fridge or at room temperature.
