- 3 dark chocolate squares (1 oz)
- 3/4 teaspoon coconut oil
- 4 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Bananas
- Line a tray or plate with baking paper.
- Peel each banana, cut it in half, then slice each half lengthwise, creating 4 pieces per banana.
Step 2: Melt the Chocolate
- In a small bowl, break the chocolate squares and add coconut oil.
- Microwave for a few seconds, stirring until fully melted and smooth.
Step 3: Assemble the Snacks
- Spread 1 teaspoon of peanut butter over each banana slice.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over each slice.
- Sprinkle ½ teaspoon of shredded coconut on top.
Step 4: Freeze & Store
- Place the banana slices on the prepared tray and freeze for 1-2 hours until firm.
- Transfer the frozen snacks into an airtight container and store in the freezer.
- Let them sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
