Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Parmesan Coating: In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat the Cod: Pat cod fillets dry. Brush each fillet with Dijon mustard, then press into the Parmesan mixture to coat evenly.
