  • 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 2 large cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat & Prep

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

2. Season the Green Beans

  1. In a bowl, toss green beans with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spread evenly on the prepared baking sheet.

3. Roast to Perfection

  1. Roast for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until tender and slightly crispy.

4. Finish & Serve

  1. Remove from the oven and immediately squeeze fresh lemon juice over the green beans.
  2. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and fresh parsley.
