  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

For the Glaze:

Instructions

4. Make the Glaze:

  • In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Spread half of the glaze over the meatloaf.

5. Bake the Meatloaf:

  • Bake for 45 minutes.
  • Remove from oven, spread the remaining glaze over the top, and bake for another 15 minutes (total bake time: 1 hour).

6. Rest & Serve:

  • Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  • Serve with mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables for a comforting meal.
