Crust

Filling
- 14 oz marshmallow crème
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream (whipped to stiff peaks)
- 1/3 cup crème de menthe

- Additional Cool Whip or whipped cream (optional)
- Crushed Oreo crumbs
Instructions
Make the Crust
- Prepare the Crust: In a medium bowl, mix the crushed mint Oreo cookies with the melted butter until fully combined.
- Press into Pie Dish: Firmly press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour to set.
Prepare the Filling
- Whip the Cream: Using a hand or stand mixer, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
- Mix Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the marshmallow crème and crème de menthe. Gently fold in the whipped cream until smooth and fully incorporated.
Assemble the Pie
- Add Filling: Pour the mint filling into the chilled Oreo crust and smooth the top with a spatula. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight to set.
