  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

  • 3/4 cup raspberry puree
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • Fresh raspberries, for garnish

For Topping:

  • Whipped cream
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust:
    • In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
    • Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan.
    • Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
  2. Make the Cheesecake Filling:
    • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
    • Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
    • Sift in flour and mix until just combined.
  3. Create the Raspberry Swirl:
    • Pour the cheesecake mixture over the chilled crust.
    • Drizzle raspberry puree over the top and use a toothpick or knife to create swirls.
  4. Chill the Dessert:
    • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  5. Serve & Garnish:
    • Top with whipped cream, fresh raspberries, and a dusting of powdered sugar before serving.
