- 4 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

- 3/4 cup raspberry puree
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- Fresh raspberries, for garnish
For Topping:

- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan.
- Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
- Make the Cheesecake Filling:
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Sift in flour and mix until just combined.
- Create the Raspberry Swirl:
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the chilled crust.
- Drizzle raspberry puree over the top and use a toothpick or knife to create swirls.
