Description

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups light or dark brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups M&Ms
  • 2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat & Prepare – Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Wet Ingredients – In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
  3. Combine Dry Ingredients – In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Mix the Dough – Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Fold in M&Ms and chocolate chips.
  5. Bake – Spread the dough evenly into the prepared baking pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  6. Cool & Slice – Let the bars cool completely before slicing into squares. Enjoy!
