- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 large eggs
- 3 tsp bourbon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 1/4 sticks (10 tbsp) unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat & Prepare
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Make the Matcha Batter
- In a bowl, whisk together matcha powder, flour, and salt. Set aside.
- In another bowl, beat eggs, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add melted butter and vanilla extract, whisking until combined.
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until smooth.
- Stir in white chocolate chips.
3️⃣ Bake the Brownies
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan, smoothing the top.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let cool completely before slicing.
