- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp capers, drained
- 1 clove garlic, grated or minced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, minced
- Kosher salt, to taste
Instructions
- Melt Butter – In a small skillet over low heat, melt the butter.
- Sauté Garlic & Capers – Add capers and garlic, then bring to a gentle simmer. Cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add Lemon & Parsley – Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice and parsley.
- Season & Serve – Taste and add salt as needed. Drizzle over fish, shrimp, chicken, or pasta!
