Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to coat.
- Assemble the Tacos: Lay out the lettuce leaves and evenly distribute the chicken mixture onto each one.
- Add Toppings: Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, and chopped cilantro over the chicken.
- Drizzle & Serve: Top with a drizzle of sour cream and serve immediately.
