- 2/3 cup ricotta cheese

Instructions
1. Prepare the Dough:
- Preheat your oven to 500°F (260°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.
- On a floured surface, stretch or roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle.
- Transfer the dough to a parchment-lined pizza peel or baking sheet.
2. Make the White Sauce Base:
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, and salt.
- Brush this mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
3. Assemble the Pizza:
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the base.
- Dollop small spoonfuls of ricotta cheese around the pizza.
- Sprinkle with Pecorino Romano cheese for extra flavor.
4. Bake the Pizza:
