  • 1 tbsp chili powder

  • 1 tsp paprika (smoked or sweet)

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin

  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp sugar (optional, can omit for keto)

  2. Mix thoroughly until well blended.

  3. Store in an airtight spice jar or container in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.

  4. Use approximately 1 tablespoon of seasoning per pound of meat or vegetables.
