  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 cup dark chocolate (melted, for coating)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough:

    • In a bowl, mix protein powder, almond flour, cocoa powder, and sea salt.
    • Add peanut butter, honey, milk, and vanilla extract.
    • Stir until a thick dough forms.
  2. Shape the Bars:

    • Press the dough into a lined baking pan, smoothing it evenly.
    • Refrigerate for 30 minutes until firm.
  3. Coat with Chocolate:

    • Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.
    • Slice the bars and dip each one into the melted chocolate, coating fully.
    • Place on parchment paper.
