- 2 packages miniature Reese’s cups
- 4 cups cold 2% milk
- 2 packages instant vanilla pudding
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 4 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cans (8 oz each) thawed Cool Whip
Instructions
- Prepare the brownies:
- Follow the package instructions for the brownie mix and bake in a buttered 12×9-inch pan at 350°F for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs. Let cool completely and slice into 3/4-inch thick pieces.
- Prepare the peanut butter cups:
- Halve the miniature Reese’s cups and set aside.
- Make the pudding mixture:
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk the instant pudding mix with cold milk for 2 minutes until thick. Add vanilla extract and peanut butter, mixing until smooth. Fold in 1 1/2 cups of Cool Whip gently.
- Assemble the dessert:
- In a 5-quart glass dish, layer:
- One-third of the brownie slices.
- Half of the halved peanut butter cups.
- One-third of the pudding mixture.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with the remaining Cool Whip and topping with the rest of the peanut butter cups for garnish.
