Description

Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad is a flavorful, protein-packed twist on a classic favorite. Juicy, seasoned chicken breasts are grilled to perfection and served over crisp romaine lettuce tossed in creamy Caesar dressing with crunchy croutons, shaved Parmesan, and a splash of lemon—ideal for lunch, dinner, or meal prep.


Ingredients

For the Salad:

 

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 6 cups chopped romaine lettuce

  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 cup croutons

  • Lemon wedges, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

  2. Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  3. Grill chicken for 5–7 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

  4. Remove from heat, rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.

  5. In a large bowl, toss chopped romaine with Caesar dressing and grated Parmesan.

  6. Divide salad into serving bowls.

  7. Top with grilled chicken slices, croutons, and more Parmesan if desired.

  8. Garnish with lemon wedges and a crack of black pepper. Serve immediately.

  • For extra flavor, marinate chicken for 30 minutes in olive oil and spices before grilling.
