Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust:

    • In a bowl, mix chocolate graham cracker crumbs with melted butter.
    • Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan.
    • Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.
  2. Make the Mint-Chocolate Filling:

    • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
    • Add sweetened condensed milk and mix until fully combined.
  3. Whip the Cream:

    • In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
    • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Flavor & Add Chocolate:

    • Stir in crème de menthe (or mint extract with green food coloring).
    • Fold in mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  5. Assemble & Chill:

    • Pour the mint filling over the chilled crust and smooth the top.
    • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.
  6. Garnish & Serve:

    • Before serving, top with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and fresh mint leaves for a beautiful presentation.
