For the Flatbread Crust:
- 2 store-bought or homemade flatbreads (naan or lavash work well)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
For the Gourmet Toppings (Choose One or Mix & Match!):

- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup goat cheese or ricotta
- 3–4 slices prosciutto
- 1/2 cup fresh arugula
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
✅ Caramelized Onion & Mushroom Flatbread
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup gruyère or fontina cheese
- 1 tsp fresh thyme
✅ Mediterranean Veggie Flatbread
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup kalamata olives, sliced
- 1/2 tsp oregano
Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Prepare the Flatbread Base:
- Brush the flatbread with olive oil and minced garlic for extra flavor.
3. Assemble the Flatbread:
- For Prosciutto & Arugula: Top with mozzarella and goat cheese, bake, then add prosciutto, arugula, and balsamic glaze after baking.
- For Caramelized Onion & Mushroom: Sauté onions and mushrooms in butter until caramelized, then spread over flatbread with cheese and thyme before baking.
- For Mediterranean Veggie: Add feta, tomatoes, olives, and oregano before baking.
4. Bake & Serve:
- Bake for 8-12 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and the edges are golden.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately!
