Ingredients

1/4 cup raspberries (fresh or thawed)

1 small orange, peeled and segmented

1 medium carrot, peeled and chopped

1-2 frozen ripe peaches (about 1 1/2 cups chunks)

1-inch fresh ginger, peeled and chopped

1/2 tsp ground turmeric

1/2 tsp camu camu powder (optional)

1/4 tsp vanilla extract or powder

Tiny pinch of sea salt and black pepper

1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1/4 cup water
Instructions

In a small bowl, mash raspberries with a fork until juicy. Strain to remove seeds if desired. Set aside.

In a high-speed blender, combine orange, carrot, frozen peaches, ginger, turmeric, camu camu (if using), vanilla, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and water.

Blend until smooth and creamy, using a tamper if needed.

Pour one-third of the smoothie into a glass, add a spoonful of raspberry puree, and repeat to create layered swirl effects.
