Description

This Golden Peach Sunrise Smoothie is a bright, antioxidant-packed blend of juicy peaches, turmeric, ginger, and a swirl of tart raspberry. Refreshing, vibrant, and layered for visual appeal, it’s the perfect vegan, dairy-free smoothie for summer mornings or post-workout fuel.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup raspberries (fresh or thawed)

  • 1 small orange, peeled and segmented

  • 1 medium carrot, peeled and chopped

  • 1-2 frozen ripe peaches (about 1 1/2 cups chunks)

  • 1-inch fresh ginger, peeled and chopped

  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric

  • 1/2 tsp camu camu powder (optional)

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract or powder

  • Tiny pinch of sea salt and black pepper

  • 1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

 

  • 1/4 cup water


Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mash raspberries with a fork until juicy. Strain to remove seeds if desired. Set aside.

  2. In a high-speed blender, combine orange, carrot, frozen peaches, ginger, turmeric, camu camu (if using), vanilla, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and water.

  3. Blend until smooth and creamy, using a tamper if needed.

  4. Pour one-third of the smoothie into a glass, add a spoonful of raspberry puree, and repeat to create layered swirl effects.

  5. Serve immediately and enjoy this beautifully nourishing smoothie.

Notes

  • Add more water for a thinner consistency or keep thick for a smoothie bowl base.

  • Camu camu adds a boost of vitamin C but is optional.

  • For a sweeter version, toss in a Medjool date or a splash of maple syrup.
