- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place butter in a 9×13-inch baking dish and let it melt in the oven.
- In a blender, combine eggs, flour, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Carefully remove the hot dish from the oven and pour the batter into the melted butter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the pancake puffs up and turns golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it deflate slightly.
- Dust with powdered sugar and serve with fresh berries or fruit compote.
