  • 1 lb cremini mushrooms (stems removed)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (shredded)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat & Prep:
    • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
    • Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  • Prepare the Filling:
    • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic, thyme, rosemary, sage, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Stuff the Mushrooms:
    • Using a spoon, fill each mushroom cap with the cream cheese mixture, pressing slightly to secure the filling.
  • Bake:
    • Arrange the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
    • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
