- 1 lb cremini mushrooms (stems removed)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (shredded)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 teaspoon sage
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat & Prep:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
- Prepare the Filling:
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic, thyme, rosemary, sage, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Stuff the Mushrooms:
- Using a spoon, fill each mushroom cap with the cream cheese mixture, pressing slightly to secure the filling.
- Bake:
- Arrange the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
