Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Lobster Tails

  2. Cut the Shell: Using kitchen shears, carefully cut along the top of each lobster shell lengthwise. Expose the meat by gently pulling it out and resting it on top of the shell (“piggybacking”).

  1. Mix Ingredients: In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, dried parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.

3️⃣ Cook the Lobster Tails

4️⃣ Bake the Lobster Tails
