Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 lobster tails, shells removed, cut into large chunks
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (400°F / 200°C).
