- 4 lobster tails, shells removed, cut into large chunks
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (400°F / 200°C).
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
- Thread the lobster chunks onto soaked wooden skewers.
- Brush the lobster generously with the garlic butter mixture.
- Grill for 3-4 minutes per side, basting with more garlic butter, until the lobster is opaque and slightly charred.
- Remove from the grill and garnish with fresh parsley.
- Serve hot with extra melted butter and lemon wedges.
