Instructions

Season chicken pieces with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and onion powder.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add chicken in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes without moving. Flip and cook for another 4–5 minutes until cooked through. Remove and set aside.

Lower heat to medium, add butter to the same skillet.

Once melted, stir in garlic and sauté for 30–60 seconds until fragrant.
