Instructions
Step 1: Make the Batter

- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until combined.

Step 2: Prepare for Frying
- Heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C) in a deep pan or fryer.
- Transfer the batter into a piping bag or zip-top bag with the corner snipped off.

- Pipe the batter into hot oil in 4-inch strips, frying in small batches.
