Description

This Frozen Yogurt Bark is a refreshing and creamy snack made with Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, and crunchy pistachios. Naturally sweetened and customizable, it’s the perfect light treat for hot days or a healthy indulgence anytime. Quick to prep and fun to eat!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup pistachios, chopped
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Spread the yogurt evenly on the baking sheet in a thin layer.
  • Top with strawberries, blueberries, pistachios, and coconut if using.
  • Freeze for at least 2 hours or until solid.
