Description

A creamy, velvety whipped feta dip infused with fresh mint, crunchy pistachios, and a drizzle of golden olive oil. The perfect balance of tangy, salty, and nutty flavors—ideal for spreading on warm pita or serving with fresh veggies.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup shelled pistachios
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (plus more for garnish)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

 


Instructions

  • Blend until smooth: In a food processor, combine feta cheese, Greek yogurt, pistachios, olive oil, mint leaves, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Adjust seasoning: Taste and add black pepper or additional lemon juice if needed. Blend again for a few seconds.
  • Serve: Transfer to a serving bowl, drizzle with extra olive oil, and garnish with crushed pistachios, red pepper flakes, and a few mint leaves.

 

  • Enjoy: Serve with warm pita, crackers, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

  • For a thicker dip, reduce Greek yogurt to ⅓ cup.
  • Swap mint for basil or dill for a different flavor twist.
