Instructions
- Blend until smooth: In a food processor, combine feta cheese, Greek yogurt, pistachios, olive oil, mint leaves, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Adjust seasoning: Taste and add black pepper or additional lemon juice if needed. Blend again for a few seconds.
