- 3 fresh mangoes, peeled and diced
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
- 6 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)
- 3 cups ice
- 2 cups water
Instructions
1. Prepare the Mango Layer:
- In a blender, combine mango chunks, 3 tablespoons honey, 1 ½ cups ice, and 1 cup water.
- Blend until smooth and slushy.
- Pour the mango mixture into a glass or pitcher, then rinse the blender.
2. Prepare the Strawberry Layer:
- Blend strawberries, 3 tablespoons honey, 1 ½ cups ice, and 1 cup water until smooth.
3. Assemble the Swirl:
- Pour the strawberry slushie on top of the mango slushie in glasses.
- Use a spoon or straw to lightly swirl the layers together for a marbled effect.
4. Serve & Enjoy:
- Garnish with fresh strawberry slices or mango chunks.
