Ingredients

  • 3 fresh mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 6 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)
  • 3 cups ice
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

1. Prepare the Mango Layer:

  1. In a blender, combine mango chunks, 3 tablespoons honey, 1 ½ cups ice, and 1 cup water.
  2. Blend until smooth and slushy.
  3. Pour the mango mixture into a glass or pitcher, then rinse the blender.

2. Prepare the Strawberry Layer:

  1. Blend strawberries, 3 tablespoons honey, 1 ½ cups ice, and 1 cup water until smooth.

3. Assemble the Swirl:

  1. Pour the strawberry slushie on top of the mango slushie in glasses.
