- 1 large head of cauliflower
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Cauliflower:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (356°F).
- Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut it into 1-inch thick slices to create “steaks.”
2. Season & Bake:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the cauliflower steaks on it.
- Drizzle olive oil over the steaks and season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese evenly over each steak.
- Bake for 20 minutes until tender and slightly golden.
3. Add Mozzarella & Finish Baking:
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
4. Garnish & Serve:
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm. Enjoy!
