  • 1 tablespoon rose water
  • 1 tablespoon honey or simple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) sparkling water or club soda
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • Ice cubes
  • Dried hibiscus flowers or edible rose petals for garnish
  • Lemon slices (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brew & Chill the Hibiscus Tea:

    • Steep hibiscus flowers or hibiscus tea bags in hot water for 5-7 minutes.
    • Strain and let it cool completely in the refrigerator.
  2. Mix the Mocktail:

    • In a glass or shaker, combine chilled hibiscus tea, rose water, honey (or syrup), and lemon juice.
    • Stir or shake well until the honey dissolves.
  3. Assemble & Serve:
