  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni (halal turkey or beef option available)
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers (red, green, or yellow)
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • Sliced black or green olives
  • Fresh tomatoes, sliced
  • Cooked chicken breast or turkey sausage, diced
  • Pineapple chunks (for a sweet-savory combo)
  • Jalapeños or chili flakes, for spice
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
  • A drizzle of olive oil, for extra richness

Instructions

1. Prepare the Muffins:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice English muffins in half and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Lightly brush each half with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder (optional).
  4. Toast in the oven for 3–5 minutes until slightly crispy.

2. Assemble the Pizzas:

  1. Spread 1–2 tablespoons of marinara sauce on each toasted muffin half.
