Instructions
Cook the Turkey and Vegetables:

- Add the Vegetables and Seasoning:
- Stir in the onion, bell pepper, taco seasoning, and 2 tbsp of water. Cook for an additional 3–4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Prepare the Bowl Components:
- Heat the Beans and Corn:
- Warm the black beans and corn in a microwave or small saucepan.
- Cook the Grains:
- If not already prepared, cook the brown rice or quinoa according to package instructions.
Assemble the Taco Bowls:
- Layer the Ingredients:
- Divide the cooked rice or quinoa evenly among 4 bowls. Top with the turkey mixture, black beans, corn, salsa, shredded cheese, and avocado.
