Ingredients

12 oz rotini pasta

2 (5 oz) cans tuna in water, drained

1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed

1/2 cup diced red bell pepper

1/2 cup corn kernels

1/4 cup diced red onion

1/4 cup diced celery

3/4 cup mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

Cook rotini pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside to cool.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise or Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Add the cooled pasta, drained tuna, peas, red bell pepper, corn, onion, and celery.
