Ingredients

Units Scale

Meat:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Produce:

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Condiments:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Baking & Spices:

  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Dairy:

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken:

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Season the Chicken:
    • Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Make the Topping:

  1. Combine Ingredients:
    • In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, and paprika.
  2. Coat the Chicken:
    • Spread the Parmesan mayo mixture evenly over the tops of the chicken breasts.

Bake the Chicken:

  1. Bake:
    • Place the coated chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  2. Optional Broil:
    • For a golden, crispy top, broil the chicken for an additional 2–3 minutes at the end of baking.

Serve:

  1. Plate and Garnish:
    • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve alongside rice, roasted vegetables, or a crisp salad.
