  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Seasonings:

  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. Prepare the Pasta:

  1. Cook the linguini according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.

2. Make the Sauce:

  2. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes, until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, softened cream cheese, sour cream, and seasonings (parsley, Italian seasoning, and black pepper). Whisk until smooth and heated through.

  2. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

5. Serve:
