  • 2 sausage patties

Instructions

  1. Cook the Bacon:
    • Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the bacon until crispy, about 3–4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside, leaving the bacon grease in the skillet.
  2. Cook the Sausage Patties:
    • In the same skillet, cook the sausage patties for 3–4 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. Scramble the Eggs:
    • Reduce the heat to low and add 2 tbsp butter to the skillet. Once melted, whisk the eggs in a bowl and pour them into the skillet. Gently stir the eggs until soft and fluffy, about 2–3 minutes.
  4. Assemble the Bowl:
    • Crumble the bacon and chop the sausage into bite-sized pieces. Arrange the bacon, sausage, and scrambled eggs in a bowl.
  5. Serve:
    • Serve immediately. Add salt and pepper to taste, or customize with optional toppings like grated cheese or hot sauce.

  • For a creamier scramble, add 1 tbsp heavy cream or water to the eggs before whisking.
