- 2 sausage patties

Instructions
- Cook the Bacon:
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the bacon until crispy, about 3–4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside, leaving the bacon grease in the skillet.
- Cook the Sausage Patties:
- In the same skillet, cook the sausage patties for 3–4 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Scramble the Eggs:
- Reduce the heat to low and add 2 tbsp butter to the skillet. Once melted, whisk the eggs in a bowl and pour them into the skillet. Gently stir the eggs until soft and fluffy, about 2–3 minutes.
- Assemble the Bowl:
- Crumble the bacon and chop the sausage into bite-sized pieces. Arrange the bacon, sausage, and scrambled eggs in a bowl.
- Serve:
- Serve immediately. Add salt and pepper to taste, or customize with optional toppings like grated cheese or hot sauce.
