- 2 hoagie rolls or Cuban bread
- 1/2 cup cooked shredded pork
- 1/2 cup chopped ham
- 1/2 cup chopped Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped dill pickles
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon diced banana peppers (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted

Prepare the Filling:
- In a large bowl, mix shredded pork, chopped ham, Swiss cheese, pickles, mayonnaise, mustard, banana peppers, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.

Toast the Rolls:
- Slice the rolls open and lightly toast them in a dry skillet or oven until golden.

Assemble the Sandwiches:
- Pile the chopped meat mixture onto the toasted rolls.

Press and Toast:
- Brush the tops of the sandwiches with melted butter.
- Press the sandwiches in a hot skillet or panini press until the cheese melts and the bread is crispy.

- Serve hot with potato chips or a side of pickles.
Notes
- For extra crunch, add crispy fried onions to the filling.
- Substitute Swiss cheese with provolone for a slightly different flavor.
- If you don’t have a panini press, use a heavy skillet to press the sandwich while grilling.
