Description

Instructions

1. Cook the Potatoes:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Boil the potatoes in salted water for 15-20 minutes, or until fork-tender. Drain and let them cool slightly.

  1. Place the boiled potatoes on a greased baking sheet. Using the back of a fork or a potato masher, gently press down on each potato to flatten it slightly but keep it intact.

4. Roast Until Crispy:
