- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

- 1/2 cup sugar + 1 tsp cinnamon (for coating)
Instructions
- Prepare the dough: In a saucepan, bring water, sugar, salt, and butter to a boil.
- Add the flour: Remove from heat and stir in all-purpose flour until a dough forms. Let it cool for 5 minutes.
- Mix in egg & vanilla: Add egg and vanilla extract, mixing well until smooth.
- Heat the oil: In a deep pan, heat vegetable oil to 375°F (190°C).

- Serve immediately with chocolate or caramel dipping sauce.
Notes
- Make them extra crispy: Fry in small batches to avoid overcrowding.
- Dough too thick? Add a teaspoon of water if needed to pipe smoothly.
- Air Fryer Option: Brush with oil and air fry at 375°F for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
