- 2 large eggs, beaten

- 1/2 tsp paprika

For the Bang Bang Sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
Prepare the Chicken

- In a bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Set Up Dredging Station
- Place the beaten eggs in a separate bowl.
- Dip each piece of chicken into the flour mixture, then into the egg, and back into the flour mixture.
- Fry Chicken
- Heat oil in a deep skillet or frying pan to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the chicken pieces in batches for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
- Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey until smooth.
- Toss Chicken in Sauce
- In a large bowl, toss the crispy chicken with the bang bang sauce until evenly coated.

- Adjust Spice Level: For a spicier kick, increase the sriracha to 3 tbsp. For milder flavor, reduce to 1 tbsp.
