Instructions
1. Prepare the Sauce:

- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
2. Add Tomatoes and Vodka:
- Stir in the canned tomatoes and vodka, cooking for 2–3 minutes to allow the alcohol to evaporate.

- Add red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper to taste. Let the sauce simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Add Cream and Cheese:
- Lower the heat and stir in the heavy cream, allowing the sauce to become rich and creamy.

5. Combine with Pasta:
- Cook your favorite pasta according to the package instructions. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water.
