Description

This Creamy Garlic Chicken Ramen combines bold garlic, spicy chili, and rich cream in a cozy ramen bowl. With juicy grilled chicken and slurp-worthy noodles, it’s an easy Asian-fusion comfort dish ready in just 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 packs ramen noodles (seasoning discarded)

  • 2 chicken breasts (grilled or pan-seared)

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tsp grated ginger

  • 2 cups chicken broth

  • 1 cup heavy cream (or coconut milk for dairy-free)

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp chili paste (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tsp miso paste (optional)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 2 green onions, chopped

  • Red pepper flakes, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat sesame oil and butter over medium heat.

  2. Add garlic and ginger; sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).

  3. Stir in chicken broth, soy sauce, chili paste, and miso paste. Bring to a gentle simmer.

  4. Add heavy cream and simmer on low for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

  5. Cook ramen noodles in the broth according to package instructions.

  6. While noodles cook, slice the prepared chicken breasts.

  7. Divide noodles and broth into two bowls. Top with chicken, green onions, and red pepper flakes.

  8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra richness, use bone broth instead of regular stock.

  • Adjust chili paste to control spice level.

  • Swap chicken for tofu for a vegetarian version.

  • Coconut milk offers a great dairy-free creamy alternative with a subtle tropical twist.
