- 1 cup Ranch dressing (low-fat is okay)
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
- 2 large English cucumbers, diced
Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients:
- Cook the bacon until crispy, then dice it into small pieces.
- Reserve 1-2 teaspoons of bacon drippings if you want extra flavor.
- Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and dice the cucumbers.
- Mix the Dressing:
- In a small bowl, mix the Ranch dressing with the bacon drippings (if using).
- Stir in the crumbled bacon.
- Assemble the Salad:
- In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes and cucumbers.
- Pour the Ranch-bacon mixture over the veggies and toss gently until everything is well coated.
- Chill & Serve:
