1/4 cup heavy cream (or full-fat coconut milk for dairy-free)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Cook penne pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and sauté for 5–6 minutes until cooked through.
