Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for spice)
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions (for garnish)
  • Crackers, toasted baguette slices, or veggies (for serving)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish.

  • Mix the base – In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper. Stir until smooth.

  • Add the lobster & cheese – Fold in the chopped lobster meat, 1 cup cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese.

  • Transfer & top – Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle the top with the remaining ½ cup cheddar cheese.

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly with a golden-brown top.

  • Garnish & serve – Remove from oven, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and serve immediately with crackers, toasted bread, or fresh veggies.

Notes

  • Use fresh, frozen, or canned lobster meat—just be sure it’s fully cooked.
  • Swap lobster for crab or shrimp for a variation.
