Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese (divided)
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for spice)
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions (for garnish)
- Crackers, toasted baguette slices, or veggies (for serving)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish.

Mix the base – In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper. Stir until smooth.

Add the lobster & cheese – Fold in the chopped lobster meat, 1 cup cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese.

Transfer & top – Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle the top with the remaining ½ cup cheddar cheese.
