- 1 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream

Instructions
- Prepare the Dressing:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix, Greek yogurt (or sour cream), and milk (or pineapple juice) until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
- Combine the Fruits:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mandarins, grapes, pineapple chunks, and strawberries. Add the mini marshmallows and shredded coconut, if using.
- Toss with Dressing:
- Pour the creamy dressing over the fruit mixture. Gently toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Chill:
- Cover and refrigerate the ambrosia salad for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
