Instructions
Step 1: Preheat & Prepare Dough
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out pizza dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface.
Step 2: Fill & Roll
- Spread Caesar dressing evenly over the dough.
- Layer shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
- Sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Roll up the dough tightly, tucking in the sides as you go, to form a log.
- Seal the edges by pinching the dough together.
Step 3: Bake to Perfection
- Brush the top of the roll with olive oil for a golden crust.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 18-22 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
