  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Purple, green, and yellow gel food coloring
  • Gold sugar sprinkles

Instructions

Prepare the Cakes:
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini Bundt cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
  4. Mix in vanilla extract and milk, then slowly incorporate the dry ingredients.
  5. Spoon batter into mini Bundt pans, filling each about ⅔ full.
  6. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool completely.
Prepare the Icing:
  1. In a small bowl, whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla to create a smooth icing.
  2. Divide into three bowls and color each purple, green, and yellow.
Decorate the Cakes:
  1. Drizzle the cakes with icing, alternating colors for a festive look.
  2. Sprinkle with gold sugar for extra sparkle.
  3. Let the icing set before serving.
